The fifth-generation BMW M5 will start at $90,695 including destination, while the M6 coupe will arrive with a starting price of $106,995. Both cars land in dealerships by late summer, following the M6 Convertible’s launch in June. That car will begin at $113,995, and offer the same twin-turbo performance of the M6 coupe in a drop-top package. Even before that, though, the refreshed X6 M will go on sale in May starting at $93,795. All of these M-tuned powerhouses pack the same twin-turbocharged 4.4-liter V-8, which produces 560 hp and 500 lb-ft of torque. The M5 and M6 get seven-speed dual-clutch transmissions, as well as BMW’s torque-vectoring Active M Differential.
Also announced today was pricing info on the 2013 6 Series Gran Coupe, which starts at $76,895 for a 640i Gran Coupe. That car gets an upgraded version of BMW’s turbocharged 3.0-liter I-6 producing 315 hp and 330 lb-ft of torque, along with a “4+1” seating configuration for up to five passengers. The 640i Gran Coupe will join the BMW lineup by late June, while the 650i Gran Coupe and all-wheel-drive 650i xDrive Gran Coupe will arrive later in the summer. Both models come equipped with a 445-hp, 480-lb-ft version of the German automaker’s twin-turbo 4.4-liter V-8, and are priced at $87,395 for the rear-drive 650i, and $90,395 for the all-wheel-drive 650i xDrive.
